Join the magical world of Miss America, the iconic 102-year-old organization and the Miss Colorado Opportunity as a Colorado Gemstone!
Colorado Gemstones is the official state chapter of the Miss America Little Sisters Program. This is a non-competitive mentorship program that strives to give young girls positive role models and help them develop healthy living, poise, self-confidence, social skills and friendships.
The Gemstones participants share a fun week of activities including on-stage performances, a volunteer service project, themed party, nightly escorts for the Miss and Teen as the delegates compete. The state competition will be held June 9th-14th, 2026 in Denver, so save the date and join us for this exciting experience! The goal of this program is to introduce young people across our state to the Miss America Opportunity, the largest scholarship provider for women in the world, and introduce them to our state delegates for mentoring and friendship.
Requirements:
Gemstones participants must be between the ages of 4-13 by Pageant week June 9-13 to register.
