Ways to Offset Costs of Registration Fees and Preparing for Competition:

• Referring a Friend to Compete: Bring a friend and expand the fun! Since the sisterhood is part of what makes this opportunity unique and valuable, we are adding an additional rebate opportunity for any registered delegate to earn $100 for each additional registered delegate who lists them as their reference in their application. Referring delegate MUST be listed in the reference section of the application to receive the rebate from the new applicant. Rebates will be issued after the workshop in the spring.

• Ad Page Incentive: Each Delegate will be required to sell one (1) Ad page for our competition magazine. Ad pages sell for $300 each. As an incentive for selling pages and as a way to help cover competition expenses, delegates will receive a $100 rebate for each ad page sold and submitted after the submission deadline closes in May.

Additional Responsibilities:

American Heart Association Fundraiser: As part of Miss America’s national partnership with AHA’s Go Red for Women campaign each delegate competing in their state’s competition is required to raise $300 for AHA. Fundraiser will begin in 2025 and resources will be provided at that time.

Ad pages: Each Delegate is required to sell a minimum of one (1) ad page for $300. Additional information and resources about this will be shared in delegate development zoom sessions.
